- PF (Pilot Flying) · 操纵飞机 + 决策。下达 "Gear Up / Flaps 1" 等指令。
- PM (Pilot Monitoring) · 监控 PF + 操作 Radio / Checklist / MCDU。"对" 或 "Wait" 是 PM 最基本的两句话。

切换必须用 "I have controls" → "You have controls" 双语口令 + 物理动作 (推杆 / 撒手) + 观察 PFD SIDE STICK 灯。
